CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

Our territory has begun to feel the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we want to share with you the steps we are taking at Frederiksted Federal Credit Union to help protect the health and safety of our employees and members, which is our top priority.

We are aware of the public’s concern about the spread of COVID-19 and we continue to closely monitor local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 and based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we have developed and established plans that will allow us to respond timely and appropriately.

We have expanded and enhanced the frequency of the housekeeping of our premises. We have also increased the number of antibacterial products available in common areas of our office. Our employees have been provided educational materials on prevention and preparedness. Antibacterial products have also been distributed to the employees. We have asked all employees to follow CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection.

We take this opportunity to remind you of the tools Frederiksted Federal Credit Union has available to assist you in managing your account from any location:

Online Banking – Access your accounts 24 hours a day 7 days a week using “It’s Me 247” http://www.ffcuvi.org
“CU*Talk” – 1-844-436-8617 – 24- hour service (Account balances, request checks, transfers between accounts)
Debit Cards – Consider using your debit cards to make purchases
A2A Transactions- Link your accounts with other financial institutions and transfer funds between institutions

If you are not set up for any of the above services or you are uncertain that you are, please contact the Credit Union to verify your status.

We will continue to monitor the coronavirus crisis and any future adjustment of our operations will be consistent with CDC OR VI GOVT ADVISORIES and will be posted here.
